Emaar says the two towers' design is inspired by the sailboats of the Arabian Sea. Propsearch names Khatib & Alami and Yazdani Studio as the architects and TAV Construction as the main contractor. These come from Propsearch alone, so treat them as its account.
The two towers
Sources agree that the towers do different jobs. The Skyscraper Center lists the taller tower as residential and the shorter one as "serviced apartments / hotel". Property Finder describes the taller one as residential and the shorter one as a hotel and hotel-apartment tower. We haven't found a current source showing an Address hotel operating in the shorter tower, so ask which services apply in the tower you're considering. Layouts and sizes
Emaar lists one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments. Propsearch adds that the four- and five-bedroom homes are penthouses and gives a full range of 793 to 11,359 sq ft.

The Land Department sizes come from sale and mortgage records for the two towers, as published on Propsearch. They're a sample of recent transactions, not a full list of layouts.
Facilities
Emaar's page lists the following for residents:
- lounges
- an infinity swimming pool
- a gym
- a kids' club and play area
- concierge service
Propsearch's list also includes a spa, a games room and restaurants.
The Opera District setting
The towers stand in the Opera District, the part of Downtown Dubai that is home to Dubai Opera. The opera house opened on 31 August 2016 with a performance by Plácido Domingo (Wikipedia; The National). Emaar's page names Dubai Opera, The Dubai Fountain, The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa as the nearby landmarks, and says the apartments have full-height windows looking towards Burj Khalifa and Burj Lake. Emaar has also built other homes in the district, including Act One | Act Two, which it launched in August 2016.
