Floors are storeys above ground. Where sources disagree, the table names who says what. "Land Department name" is the building name in Dubai Land Department transaction records, as republished on each building's Propsearch page. That's the name on a title deed, which isn't always the name on the building.

What changed in 2024
Early in 2024 the Address name moved between buildings:
- Hotels sold in 2018 were re-flagged. Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) bought several hotels from Emaar Hospitality Group in 2018. From 1 January 2024, ADNH rebranded Address Boulevard as Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai and The Address Dubai Mall as Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai (The National; Wikipedia).
- Emaar gave the name to another building. On 8 January 2024 Emaar renamed Address Fountain Views as Address Dubai Mall (Campaign Middle East). So "Address Dubai Mall" now means the three-tower complex with an air-conditioned link to The Dubai Mall, not the original hotel.
Address Hotels + Resorts' own list of its Dubai hotels now includes Address Downtown, Address Dubai Mall, Address Sky View, Address Creek Harbour, Address Montgomerie and Address Beach Resort. Address Boulevard is not on it.
What this means for owners and renters: Land Department records still use the older names, such as "Address Fountain Views Residences" and "The Address – The BLVD". None of our sources says whether the residences above Kempinski The Boulevard still receive Address services. Ask the building's management before you assume they do. Notes on each building
- Address Sky View. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the architects of Burj Khalifa, designed the two towers. Emaar says the 85-metre, three-storey Sky Bridge sits more than 220 metres up and holds a 70-metre infinity pool. Emaar also says the complex has direct access to The Dubai Mall Metro station.
- Address Dubai Mall (formerly Fountain Views). Property Finder, Propsearch and Campaign Middle East all say it is connected to The Dubai Mall by an air-conditioned walkway or link bridge.
- Address Residences Dubai Opera. This is the newest completed Address residence in Downtown. It has its own page.
- The Address Downtown. Wikipedia and Propsearch agree on its 63 floors, 2008 opening and mix of hotel and serviced apartments. We don't cover it in more depth on this site.
Outside Downtown
Emaar also writes about Address Residences in Dubai Hills Estate and Dubai Creek Harbour, and Address Beach Resort has 443 serviced apartments according to its own website. This site concentrates on the Downtown buildings.
